HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email or text message from aeshmart.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

I TRIED PLACING ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT IT ISN'T WORKING. CAN YOU HELP ME PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes if your debit/credit card isn’t working Please contact your Bank. Do call us at +92-0300-6855351

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timeline are as below:

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO AESHMART.COM CREDITS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?

In case your order is not successful and Aeshmart.com has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails or sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam and junk box for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care +92-0300-6855351 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders there would be a separate evaluation of the case and proceeded accordingly.

I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn’t any change with your order.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?

In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to [email protected] with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

I AM PLACING AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE. WILL SHE RECEIVE THE PRICE TAGS AND INVOICE?

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES?

Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our Exchange Policy for details.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
